The STM32F103C6T6 Development Board is basically a breakout board for the ST-Micro STM32F103C6T6 microcontroller. It contains all the components and peripherals necessary for basic operation of this 32-bit ARM core device. The header pins are supplied separately to lower the overall cost of the board, but this does mean you will need to do a bit of light soldering before getting stuck in. Another thing worth mentioning is that you will need an external programmer to program these boards, but not to worry, we stock those as well. You can find a link for the ST-Link V2 Programmer at the bottom of this page.
