ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

  • Fastway Couriers - Orders placed and paid for before 12h00 will be processed and collected same day. Orders placed after 12h00 will only be collected by the courier the following working day.
  • Internet Express (IE) - Orders placed and paid for before 13h00 will be processed and collected same day. Orders placed after 13h00 will only be collected by the courier the following working day.
  • The Courier Guy (TCG) / Pudo - For same day deliveries to qualifying KZN areas, orders must be placed and paid for before 09h30. For all other areas, orders placed and paid for before 13h00 will be processed and collected same day. Orders placed after 13h00 will only be collected by the courier the following working day.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or a Public Holiday will be collected by the courier on the next working day.
  • We will always endeavour to have orders collected by the respective courier on the same day whenever possible. The drivers don't always collect from our store at the same time every day, so there is a chance that orders placed after the above cut-off times can still be collected same day.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Standard Delivery - Dependant on your delivery address, we use either Internet Express (IE) or Fastway for this delivery option. We will always try and deliver your parcel with Internet Express, but if the rates for your area are higher than expected, then we will have your parcel delivered with Fastway Couriers instead. We will email you tracking information once your order has been collected by the courier.
  • Express Delivery - We use The Courier Guy (TCG) for this delivery option. We will email you tracking information once your order has been collected by the courier.
  • Pudo Locker Delivery - Pudo is a smart locker system with lockers located all over South Africa. Pudo uses The Courier Guy for all of their collections and deliveries, as such order cut-off times will be the same as for TCG. All Pudo orders are collected from our store by TCG, and then delivered to their respective lockers. You can view all of Pudo's lockers using their Pudo Locker Finder tool or The Courier Guys' Locker Locations page.
    Locker location must be specified in your order notes or emailed to admin@make.net.za after placing your order. If no locker location is specified, we will arrange delivery to the Pudo lockers which are closest to your provided address.
  • Customer's Courier Will Collect - We have provided this option for anyone who would like to arrange their own courier collection. We charge a fee of R10.00 for the box and other packaging supplies used to safely package the goods for you. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection, and we ask that you kindly let us know either in your Order Notes, or through one of our communication channels: which courier will be collecting your order, and any other information that should be attached to your parcel.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are calculated using your postal code, and will vary according to your location. If you would like to find out the available delivery options and costs for your area, please see the following steps:
  • Firstly add a product to your cart/basket
  • Next navigate to the cart/basket page
  • Here you should see a "Calculate Shipping" button in the "Shipping" section, which you can click on to reveal a few text boxes
  • Enter your relevant address information into each text box
  • Finally click on the "UPDATE" button to show your available delivery options and costs

FREE DELIVERY

Orders that have an item total of R1200.00 (excluding delivery costs) qualify for a delivery discount or "Free Shipping". The discount that you will receive is R79.00. To claim the discount, please use the following coupon code during Checkout for qualifying orders. Clicking the button below will automatically apply the coupon and redirect you to your cart.

We have opted for this method of "Free Shipping" discounting to allow you to choose any of our available delivery methods (Express included), while still benefiting from the delivery discount. You won't be forced to choose standard delivery for "Free Shipping".

Enter through the front gate and proceed to the building on the left. We are on the first floor; at the top of the stairs, our door is on the left.

COLLECTION INFO

  • We are open for collections on business days (weekdays excluding public holidays) between 8:30AM and 4:30PM
  • Local pickups are available - you can selelct "Durban Store Pickup" if placing your order online
  • We accept cash and card payments on collection - you can select "Payment on Pickup" if placing your order onlne
  • Over-the-counter orders are welcome.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We have multiple payment options available for customers who would like to collect their order(s) from us. Please see the following list of payment options which explains each option in more detail:
  • Payfast / Zapper - You can use either of these payment gateways to securely pay for your order online before collecting
  • EFT Payment - We ask that you send through proof of payment before collecting your order. You can send proof of payment to admin@make.net.za
  • Payment on Pick-Up - Select this option if you would prefer to make payment when collecting your order from us. We accept both card and cash payments. Stock will be reserved once you have placed your order online
