This USB to USB Isolator Module features an Analog Devices ADUM3160 and is able to fully isolate the connection between 2 USB devices.
The red DIP Switch on the module is used for USB speed selection. It is connected to the “SPU” and “SPD” (Via the optocoupler) pins of the ADUM3160 and is used to set the voltage level of these pins. When the switch is open (On the side the of the “1” label), both pins are high and high speed mode is selected. The blue LED will light up in this mode. When the switch is closed (On the side of the “ON” label), both pins are low and low speed mode is selected. The green LED will light up in this mode.
