The Arduino Nano CH340 Clone is a small and breadboard-friendly version of the Arduino Uno. The main difference between this board and the Arduino Nano Clone that we stock is the USB to UART chip. In order to manufacturer a lower cost product, the designers have opted to replace the FTDI FT232 chip with the more cost effective CH340G chip. You just need to make sure you have the correct drivers installed and you’re good to go.

As with any of the Arduino Clone boards that we sell, we use the word Clone to indicate that the board is not an original Arduino board. The PCB, components and solder work are still of very high quality, and the board as a whole operates exactly like the original. The form factor of the board is also identical to the original meaning that the Clone is compatible with all the same shields that the original is.
