A small USB-Serial converter board based on the Silicon Labs CP2102 chip which is a great tool for embedded systems that require a serial connection to a computer. The board attaches to the USB bus via a standard Micro USB connector and appears as a standard COM port. Note that this module does require drivers to be installed for it to function properly.
