The HM-10 Bluetooth Board is simply a breakout board for the Texas Instruments CC2541 chip. This module takes care of the complex RF circuitry by including an onboard antenna already matched to the CC2541. It also includes all the other components required by the CC2541, and makes integrating this chip into your next project that much easier.
