It offers a sampling frequency of up to 2300Hz, which allows it to capture distance data quickly enough for most general robotics and detection tasks. The sensor includes 80kLx light-interference resistance, making it suitable for use in indoor environments with strong lighting as well as outdoor areas without direct harsh sunlight. In varied operating conditions, it is capable of millimeter-level obstacle detection and dynamic path-planning.
