The LD06 LiDAR sensor is a compact 360° scanning module designed to mount directly onto a Raspberry Pi 4B. Using time-of-flight (ToF) technology, it continuously measures surrounding objects to support tasks such as obstacle detection, navigation, and basic mapping. The sensor provides smooth and stable scan data with fine angular resolution, making it well suited to mobile robots and indoor automation projects that require consistent environmental awareness.
